Is CourierOS already in use?
Yes. The platform behind CourierOS runs the day-to-day operation of a working courier in Jamaica. CourierOS makes that same software available to other courier and logistics businesses.
Will it carry my brand or yours?
Yours. Your customers see your name, logo and colours. CourierOS is the software underneath.
Can my customers use it on their phones?
Yes. The customer dashboard works in any modern phone browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. Dedicated iOS and Android apps are on our roadmap.
Can you move our existing customer records over?
In most cases, yes. Data migration is scoped during the requirements assessment, based on where your records live today.
Does it take online card payments?
Today CourierOS records the payments your team takes (cash, card or bank transfer) against each invoice. Online card payments are planned, and we'll confirm options for your market during consultation.
Is CourierOS only for Jamaica?
No. It was designed and developed in Jamaica, and it's built for courier businesses across the Caribbean and beyond. Local requirements are confirmed during consultation.
How much does it cost?
